On Letting Go...

You know it's time for change when you're sick and tired of being sick and tired. Change becomes even more urgent when you realize you're the one causing your own sorrow. Now maybe you did not put that sorrow there, but you've been carrying it around and around as if you did.

Heavy ain't it. Lonely ain't it? Tired, ain't you?

I bet you've never heard this before but I'm proud of you. You took up that load when no one else did. And I know it hurts you seeing them living all free. But you must know they carrying shit too. Everyone is. You just can't see past yours. And I'm saying all this not to reduce or minimize your load, but to remind you, to let you know that people are full of shit and I want you to be free. Cleanse yourself and cleanse others. Not by washing them, but by exuding that clean energy, that free energy, that healed energy. Hold it love, get to know it, know it aint yours, and let it go.

And I see you. I see past that load you're carrying and I admire your strength. But even more than admirable, I want you to be free. I want love to fill you. I want your arms to be full of yourself. I want you to hold on to you. Not the past, not the future, but you right now.
